Party Animal

It looks like a two piece but it's not. This baby is the quintessential 1980s party dress. Peplum top featuring tiny white flowers. Straight pencil skirt bottom. We like it with a belt to accentuate the waist, however this belt is not included. Fits size medium-large. Or could be good on leaner, taller frame too.
